How do I create a group from my Twitter friends in TweetDeck?

It is no longer possible to create a TweetDeck Group. Since v0.32 we have now started to use Twitter Lists instead for grouping.
Your existing rtweetDeck Groups will still remain, and you can edit them as normal, but it is not possible to create new groups.
