Regarding the updated TweetDeck iPhone App (updated)

On Friday 6th November, v1.1 of the TweetDeck app for the iPhone became available for download in the AppStore.
However, due to some people reporting problems with the upgraded version crashing, we quickly took the decision to pull the app from the AppStore before the problem became too widespread. This problem had not occurred during any of our testing and only surfaced when users began upgrading from the previous version via the AppStore.
We issued a workaround for the problem and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours, at which point the app was resubmitted to the AppStore.
The current position is that we are now waiting for Apple to approve this fixed version (v1.1.1), which will hopefully happen very soon.
Once the App is available once more, we will let everyone know.

Sadly we are still awaiting final approval on the update from Apple. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to bring the iPhone app back to the App Store as soon as possible. As soon as we have any news We will let you know here, and also via @richardbarley & @tweetdeck.

Well done TD! The new iPhone app complete with Facebook integration, landscape mode and "nearby tweets" makes it better than the PC version! Which begs the questions, when is the new PC version coming out? http://www.ericgreenspan.com
Still broken. Refuses to post statuses. Only DMs and @replies. Tried reinstalling, didn't matter.
I just updated mine today (Nov. 13, 2009) and it won't load. I get the title screen, then back to the home screen. I run version 2.0 on my iPod Touch, but the information page on the App Store says that version 2.0 is supported. TweetDeck is the ONLY app I can find for twitter that supports version 2.0, so I would really like to know if this problem is going to be fixed soon...
We have an iPod Touch that we kept on 2.2.1 to test our apps with. I just updated to the latest version of TweetDeck. The splash screen comes up, but the app crashes within a couple of seconds, while the splash screen is still up.

Deans and Haydee: Its up and running now. Just wish they would add the feature of "attaching a description" along with the picture when uploaded to twitpic.

I was able to use tweetdeck on ipod touch for two days then all of a sudden when i click on it it won't load. Please help this is new for me and I would love to use it.
can not use this any more since the twitter list functionality is not included.
It wont let me tweet from my ipod touch, its so frustrating!
iphone app keeps crashing everytime i open it. took it off my iphone - too frustrating. works fine on my desktop.
